So I want to upgrade my suspension

I want to give the 2k a nice stance kinda look.

But I don't knownif inshoukd ise coilovers or just get lowering springs.

I use the car daily, but I also want to do some autocross.

So any suggestions?

A set of springs is a good start. Then when you get more serious and know what you want get coil over and sell the spring.

I only have experienced with Eibach and H&R on my cars. Both are good and about $240 each. I have Eibach on my 06 S2000. It dropped about 1" all the way around.

Then I want it lower and found a good set of Ohlin. I love it.

Swift Spec R's are very popular with our cars. Those are good to start with, then you can upgrade to CR shocks. Spec R's with CR shocks are a popular combo with some that auto x.
