Pretty sure no S2000 is "more like wide" than any other s2000.

If your talking interior space wise, there is no difference. Some feel there is more room with a hardtop vs. a soft top. Other's feel the exact opposite. Appointment wise, there is some cosmetic differences between the base S and the CR model. If you run a search there has been a post on the different models.

If you want "wide" you would have to go with an aftermarket wide aero system. (body kit)

I myself have been looking into the more durable Dura Flex AMS Wide Body Kit. But then you run into problems with rims/tires. and that is what im trying to work out but i cant find anything about the rim size and offset that the powerhouse Amuse uses.

In Europe it is S2k 2005 for hardcore guys like me, and it is S2k May2009 for others,

After 2005 they look the same as the 2005 but have VSA

It is a model for the japanese market only. It has some aspects of the S2000 CR and what the Type R would have been had it been produced.

Type S. video.

VP, I am starting to think the guy is yanking our chains here. You commented awhile ago that there are some differences between the base S and the CR and suggested he do a search for the list. Then he asked what the base S is. *sigh* At some point, you start to wonder if the questions are legit.

Agreed. My only other thought is we had him so totally confused he doesn't know up from down. In any case I'm done.

Yeah, I noticed it but ignored it. He did respond once early on with the first screenname, then a 2 week lull, then new name and replies. I don't know. I am not really concerned. All of the info he needs is in the post we linked to so he needs to formulate a better question that isn't already covered in the "changes over the years" thread.

I'm with VP on this; "In any case I'm done." Any additional energy expended here is pointless.
