Question about 2000 s2000 selling price low miles

I need some advice. I'm selling my dad's 2000 s2000 on ebay. It's an ap1. This is my dilemma. The car is in pristine condition with only 15000 miles on it. The only comparable sold cars I can find on ebay have over 100000 miles on them. What price do I place on this car? Being s2000 enthusiasts I'm hoping you can help me figure out a price range. It's kind of a rare bird with the low mileage. Please advise what you would pay. Like I said the car is perfect! Thanks KC

With those miles and if it is as good as you say it is. If you are not pressed to sell it fast, go really high, just shy of $30k. There is someone out there that would pay it. If you can't find them, or should I say, if they can't find you, wait it out until spring. Where are you at? That is a factor too. Also, what color?

I agree with ZigZag. I hope you are not in some kind of hurry to sell. Be sure to advertise on all the S2000 forums. Be firm and someone will see it what it is: a pristine low mile original variant S2000. You just cannot find them like that anymore.

Have it detailed and take lots of nice pictures, you want all the VIN #s in view and to show how it has been well preserved. Good luck.

I've seen low mileage AP1s go for high twenties in that condition. I'd say start at like $30K.

Don't know what your reserve is, but keep it high. This is something that a collector will be looking for.
