Sure would have been nice to have a link and perhaps an idea of which Leesburg that might happen to be. (Incidentally, it's spelled MILEAGE, millage is what happens to grain at a mill )

Hope this helps, Gainesville Florida and the spelling and only one eye open.....

Property tax, or millage tax, is an ad valorem tax that an owner is required to pay on the value of the property being taxed.

Hmm, an 04 that revs all the way to 9K RPMs, that is really rare. It's gotta be worth more than $26995

Only in Florida . Where's Leesburg, FL? I assume it's near Gainesville. I know the LA area (Lower Alabama) and most of the panhandle but that's it for my Florida.

I suppose you could get 04 to 9k rpm, but the engine may be toast after that.

That particular car was part of an estate sale a short while ago and was sold at auction. The dealership now listing it bought it for less than 21k if I recall correctly, so they are after a quick turnaround on their money.
Supposably it was just serviced prior to the auction and only needed fluid changes and brake pads.

Ok, I admit ignorance. Why would it need brake pads?

I thought the same thing, more than likely just a brake system check.

Just tells me that they don't know too much about what they have.....but then all they have to do is add to the will rev to 9000 "not recommended"

I might just drive down to take a look.....
