Civic Type R

i dropped into work the other day to say hi to my staff after i retired. My assistant service manager bought a 2017 Civic Type R and let me take it for a spin. Although I never got a chance to let it all hang out that Honda is fast! Suspension is so firm in race mode and when the turbo kicked it hold on! What an exceptional ride...Honda hit it out of the park once again!

Our GM told me that they are getting only 8 of them and that they are all sold. 50K up here in Canada!

We sold one, just got in another one and maybe two more for all of 2017. I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on one myself.

I seen one a week ago at Galpin Honda it was in the showroom. Was really wanting to get it but $33k + fees is a little steep for me. I did buy a 2018 Fit Sport (I still have my CR-Z) that car is real zippy with the paddle shifters in Sport mode. The interior is really nice and has a lot of space for things with the back seat down. Well if my Fantasy Football come thru with a big win I'll get one, LOL!

The Fit was one of my favorites when I worked at Honda. Bought a 2017 HRV when we retired.
