Thanks for the birthday wishes

I got a birthday greeting from this site and it jogged my memory of all the interesting and fantastic people I've met here. Probably only some of the old timers will remember me.

Just wanted to let them know I'm still around. Yes I turn 81 today and still riding the flying banana! My wife and I will celebrate, as is our custom, by going out for a New England clambake. Lobster, clams, muscles and the like.
Next month will be her turn. We've been together over 61 years after we both did a friend a favor. But I digress.

So, once again, my thanks for the memories and all my best to y'all.

Phil

Happy birthday Phil...(and you already have muscles, you are probably going to eat mussels. Or if you're French..moule et frites).

Hey, thanks for the quick comeback. Since the spell checker was invented I can't spell worth a damn. In Paris I tried to order some mussels and my french is quit e skimpy. The waitress kept cracking up and pronouncing it for my benefit. Seems the french words for the food and **** are close and I was trying to order the wrong one.

You really don't want to order "merde" in a French restaurant .

Glad to see you're back in my territory Chaz. We need to get together. I'm still at the same old house.

Happy Birthday Phil !!!

I was in California for the first time weekend before last and saw a yellow S near San Francisco and immediately thought of you. Glad you popped back in here.
