About time I said Hello!

Hey guys! My name is Ryley, i'm 19years old and from Newfoundland,Canada. I am and always be the proud owner of this S2000, I will NEVER sell it

Little backround info on the car, Its a 2002 , 84,000KMS(52,xxx miles).
Was imported from the US with less than 10,000 kms on it back in 2003 by a police officer.
I made the 7 hour drive and 7 hour ferry crossing to get to this car..but hey , who wouldn't do the same for their S?
Anyway, I was in between this S and 2 others, the others were cheaper but were already modified..I wanted one that was completely bone stock.

Anyway here are some snaps..

About 10 mins after pickup, 14 hour journey begins..again

Ditched the pinstripes, added bumper plugs and tint(5% rear ,25% sides)

Some powdercoating

Picked up some HSD HR Coils and a AEM V2 intake(no pics) and debadged

Some pics from today

Shot with a Nikon D5000 if anyone cares

Geez and I can't even make any Newfie jokes. Spent 6 months in Gander (only seemed like a lifetime) Beautiful scenery, bloody cold in the Winter.

I was doing a little thing for the US/CDN forces (and hanging out on the rock). Great people, beautiful scenery, 30 minutes ahead of the Mainland, what more could you want?

Wheels look sick. I have also been undecided on what color to paint my AP1's. They look good powder coated.

Haha same here. I love the way debadge looks but since the badges on the S2000 are pretty iconic (on the fenders instead of the trunk) I'm just going to leave them alone.

Congrats on your pick up Shine. Looks great!

What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
Welcome, and that is a great looking car. I did not have anything like that at 19; I had to wait till I was 56.
I debadged the back H and replaced it with an S for the side. Picked it up on ebay, its Honda OEM and I think it fits pretty well. I left the nose alone (wife's advice on that)

My dad was conceived in Ireland and born in Halifax, Nova Scotia in January 1917. That's one hell of a lot closer to the USA than Newfoundland.

He was the second of 13 but lost his older brother, Joe, then age 3, in the munitions ship explosion later that year. All of his brothers and sisters were born in Halifax. The whole family immigrated to Greenfield, MA in 1926.

Congratulations on your new ride. I like the S debadged. So, I pulled all of them. Now I love it.

Wishing you the very best of luck with it and great enjoyment.
