Picking up my Ap1 Siler/red TODAY!!!

Hi all !! Picking up a 2002 silver w/ red interior around 3pm eatern time. I live in the Northern VA area and cant wait to take her on some country back rds. Ill be going to DMV this week and wanted your opinions on custom plates. I get 8 letters with one having to be a space or dash... so i was thinking "SHFT 9K" or "S2K 2 9K" but lets see what you all can come up with.

They had the GGTG II a couple of weeks ago. I would PM kgf3076 (Ken) I know they go on drives up in your neck of the woods.

You should check out DBR coming this fall http://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/8836...n-info-thread/

Very nice NoVa! How about "GOT REVS" for a plate. Have you found the secret compartment yet?

I feel like the secret compartment is the freshman trick of theres a pool on the roof...but if its not then nah not yet. I got "SHFTN 9K" for my plate. I saw the dragon event coming up on S2ki. This forum responds faster n more frequent...so thanks guys

"SHFTN 9K" is cool. And it's not a freshman trick. Just hidden. Keep looking!

Welcome. Where in NoVA? I'm in Alexandria and I know lots of really great roads in the area (well, out towards Leesburg anyway). You don't have to go to DMV to select personalized plates, you can do it online and you'll know immediately if the plate you want is available and even if you do go to the DMV, you won't get your plates immediately. They will be mailed to you while you ride around with generic VA tags and a 30 day temporary registration.

It was two weeks ago and the drive is over 2 hours long with a lunch stop at the end. The next GGTG will be in 2012. Dragon Ball Run xi is next. I'm heading to Deal's Gap, NC on 09/12 for the week. On 9/14 I'm leading a drive from Deal's Gap to Asheville, NC and then to Little Switzerland and then to dinner back in Asheville. On 9/16, I'm leading a drive from Deal's Gap to Franklin, NC with a stop for lunch and then returning to Deal's Gap via the Cherohala Skyway. You're welcome to come to any or all of those.

I live out towards Winchester so i am very familiar with the rds out by leesburg...Snickersville Turnpike is a great one, runs from 7 to 50. I did the DMV online for about 2 hours seeing what different word combos looked like and everything. I'll be getting my plates in about 4-5 weeks. Im heading to VIR on the 26th to do an Aerial Atom Experience so the 4-hr drive down there will be a blast. Just got it inspected and everything is good to go!!! Now just cant wait for the weekend to get here!!

great cars, but who ever came up with the idea of the red/gray/blue interiors on these cars was just ........ same with the z's i the 1990-96 they had green/gray/blue,red/black so many colors but the best one stil remains to be the Black!
