Just picked up my 07' Laguna Blue!

Hey guys! Went to a Honda Dealership lastnight and finally got one! lol Im soo excited, absolutely love the car! Traded in my 08 Scion Tc and i must say "Why didnt i do this a long time ago!" lol But anyways i do have a few questions...

1) This car has a much higher red line then my last one (62k ewww!, so when just daily driving around town whats the sweet spot to shift (RPMs) for best fuel economy? like idk what the car is comfortable at in one gear 3k,4k? let me know

2) The only thing i dislike about the car is the small skinny shift ****... is it just as easy as getting a new screw on ****?

3) Last question is that i am a big car audio guy, its even what i do for a living lol, so i notice there are component speakers in the doors and 2 tweets behind each head rest, the components are easy to replace, gunna go with the Kicker QS65.2 if they fit depth wise... but what can i do with the rear tweets? or what have you guys done?

Thanks for the help... and i hope to enjoy and have as much fun with my new car as you all do

Welcome!!
I usually shift around 4k or so. It just depends on my mood.

Shift ***** are fairly abundant and an easy mod. Check out moddiction.com for some examples.

Congrats and post pics if you get a chance!

These are both popular choices. I have them both

welcome! laguna blue is a great color. i usually shift around 4k-4500 rpm. however with more aggressive driving, then yah way above that. vtec doesn't engage til about 6500rpm (i believe, may be mistaken though other guys will know better).

get some pics up!

If you don't mind one that isn't as heavy as that one, check the ricks2k.com link that 0tyrael0 had above.

Wait till they get them back in stock. It is worth the wait. I bought a couple other shift *****, and it wasn't till I got the one from Moddiction that I was happy with it. The extra weight of their Anvil ***** makes them perfect.

p.s. welcome to the site, congratulations on the new car.
