i work at a toyota dealership here in australia and anyway, one of the salesmen was parking a new hiace van and didnt see my car ended up with scraping off clearcoat and putting some nice gouges in the rear bumper, (ill post some pics up soon) my real question is my dealership is going to pay for whatever bumper i like and have it sprayed and fitted, is there any nice aftermarket rear bumpers anyone can reccomend i cant seem to find too many

well if you have an ap2, most people like the ap1 bumper style, if not just stick with ap2. no1 really mods the rear bumper of the car unless they put a splitter in there, its just mostly front bumper and go!

Yeah once again I would have to kill someone. I do like the ap1 rear bumper the best... but I also have an ap1 so I am biased.

I think you have a '99 AP1??? Some people like an AP2 bumper installed on an AP1. I personally think the AP1 bumper to be kinda plain looking (no insult intended AP1 owners). But the rear bumper is made to handle the oval exhaust tips for the AP2. Comes down to personal taste.

Indeed taste is where its at. Ill say it now lets not start on the ap1 ap2 what is better. People will start killing each other

yea i think the ap2 bumper would look a little bit off with the round exhaust tips (also its ap1) heres a pic of the damage not so pretty. also decided on ap1 bumper to keep it original =)
