Do you mean window regulator? Is it making a slight noise like it's struggling to open/close? Regulator, switch, master switch or electrical problem from corrosion.

It's amazing how simple it is to figure out what the OP was trying to say when you add all of the necessary punctuation and capitalization. It actually becomes coherent.

window problem

Sorry about the punctuation etc. I have been out of school a long time lol.
update : I found out the master switch was making a whining noise and was able to get the drivers side to work although not every time .The passenger window will not roll up or down and again the top works fine . I did remove the passenger side switch and checked for bent pins and corrosion and found none . thanks again Tom,

Take your can of WD-40 and spray every electrical contact. Spray every mechanical joint and then try pulling the window up using the switch and muscle power (Make sure the ignition switch is in the "run" position or the car is running). Do the same thing for both windows, the mechanism may just be corroded.
