s2000 Auxiliary under hood fuse box question

Hi I am doing full s2000 swap in my mazda rx7. I have full chassis harness and emmissions. I am trying to do a california legal swap in my car. I am in the processes of getting everything ready for the swap. I just ran into a small problem. I attached a picture. On this auxiliary fuse box there are two bolted terminals. one terminal goes to the battery and the other terminal I have no idea where it goes. can someone help me? I have looked on the service manual but it is hard to see. any help is much appreciated. thanks.

I believe that the one on the left (driver's side in this case) is designated T6 and feeds the electric power steering and that the one on the right (passenger's side in this case) is designated T7 feeds the starter cable.

It's too damn cold for me to go to the garage to verify this but that's my best memory.
