Selling My S2000 with Hardtop

How much dollar value would you figure my OEM hardtop adds to my 2001 S2000 vs. comparable soft-top only models? I'm looking (reluctantly) to sell the car -- in incredible shape mechanically and cosmetically -- at 80,000 miles here in Michigan and finding there are very few OEM tops in the market. And given that, would I be smarter to sell the hardtop and the car separately? Thanks!

Separate. OEM Hardtops are worth about 2500-3000 bucks on their own but they dont seem to bring the price up nearly that much when sold with the s2000. You could list the car and say "hardtop available for $3000 extra" that way the new owner could decide if they wanted it or not.

Lately the HT have been going for even more! $3500 is a common price (with all hardware) I see and the sellers get that, too. GLWS!

I agree with the separate. It's crazy how much OEM hardtops are going for IMO.

Yeah, when hardtops for other cars are under a grand! Oh well, the S2000 really does have a great soft top especially the ones with the glass.

yeah, I listed my car with oem hardtop before, and not many people like it without softtop. I feel it's so funny.
