For Sale: 2008 Honda S2000 w/ 68k

Hey guys, up for sale is my 2008 honda s2000 w/ 68,000 miles. The reason i'm selling the car is because i'd like to jump back into that of a BMW (preferably an e46 m3). I purchased the car Honda Certified June 24th from Apple Honda of York, PA and have done a lot of tasteful modifications to it strictly exterior/interior wise as well as an upgraded suspension (engine, exhaust, drive train, etc has NOT been touched) since then. The modifications while little to none include the following ...

VIN: JHMAP21408S001581

- Lamborghini LP640 Complete Respray
- Shine Auto Carbon Fiber Hardtop
- OEM CR Clear Side Markers
- Shaved Honda/S2000 Badges/Emblems

- OEM AP2 Red Door Inserts
- USA-Spec iPod Interface

- Function & Form Type Two Coil-Overs

- LED License Plate Lights
- LED Interior Lights
- 6000k D2S Bulbs
- Clear Headlight Diffusers

The car has no soft top as such was taken out and sold when installing siad hardtop however all soft top trim panels have been re-installed for a clean look/feel (CR models came with NO soft top from the factory). While the headlights have clear diffusers installed the passenger side is crazing fairly badly due to the poly carbonate lens reacting to chemicals in the environmental and has had some condensation build up inside because of such.

The car is in and runs in excellent condition, no dents, scratches, or lights what so ever and has a clean car fax to go along with, I've literally cared for this car like my baby. The brakes have recently been changed, platinum iridium plugs installed, and new Continental Extreme Contact DWS all-season tired put on (CR sizing, roughly 80% tread left). I feel given the KBB price of $20,659 my price considering the modifications done of $23,000 O.B.O is more than fair. If interested please feel free to contact me via email at [email protected] or phone at (443) 517-9238. Thank you and happy motoring!

Not sure I understand why you changed the looks of the car so severely. IMHO.

You're asking more than book?...when the car has been cosmetically altered specifically to your taste with no other real modifications?

Well good luck. I do wish you the best of luck with your sale but I can't help but wonder if that's a realistic goal.

P.S. I love the Spoon style hardtop!

anyone else notice that anytime someone tries to sell their cars with mods, they always say, "tasteful mods." i think that's very subjective. regardless i wouldn't ask more than book for your car, you NEVER get your $ back when modding a car, in most cases you actually depreciate the value of your car when that's done. glws

Love the paint, wheels, front end but never been a fan of that top- kills the lines of rear end.

No ragtop either? I have to agree with Silverstone- you have dramatically customized this car to your own taste, narrowing the buyer market drastically. Then you want more for it?
