Question about crankcase ventilation

on my current boosted setup i have the stock pcv line going to the intake manifold then the front breather line running to turbo air intake. I noticed when going into boost with my hood off that the dipstick was being pushed out. I don't want to risk anymore damage to my car so I was wondering what the best method of catch can set up or other setups were.

I'm no turbo guru, but the intake is under positive psi with boost which would prevent the pcv from opening. Can you block off the barb on the intake and run the pcv hose to the turbo's intake side?
