comptech supercharger

Hello i recently bought a comptech sc from an 04 for my 03. from what i understand everything is the same except the fuel pressure regulator.

Should i purchase one for an ap1? Also how do i adjust it when i get the right one?

One more thing....This came wit ha 4" and a 4.25" pulley what would each put me at psi wise on my ap1?

The FPR for the AP2 kit has a steeper curve and a slightly higher pressure limit to overdrive the injectors. You will need a vacuum pump, fuel pressure gauge and verbal instructions from CT Engineering's tech support to learn how to do it and what settings you should achieve. They do not have a tech sheet on this procedure.

The 4" pulley is intended for an AP1 install and, I think, should yield about 6.5 psi. The larger pulley will lower that pressure.

I'm running 7psi. Do I need to get it tuned or will I be fine with the fpr and the esm?

Always get it tuned. You should also go to someone who has worked on a few s2000's. A base map for the most part is to get you to the tuner only. If i am mistaken then disregard that.
