Certainly looks well thought out and complete. Think I'd personally make the trip to SOS and let them install and tune it for me.

It all sounds really good. They are saying the right things for sure.

I was reading this morning about water pump pulley failure with the Kraftworks S/C kit. Is this a problem common to all belt driven blowers or just Kraftworks?

I have said it many times but I will say it again. SOS is my favorite mod site. They are really friendly and helpful. They have given me great advice and great service over the past few years. I am working on owning everything they offer for the s2K

Apparently out here in texas their aint much e85 so ill be running on premium, but a buddy im talking to said the high boost works very well with reg and i should be good. Ill just have to limit myself to power for now due to inexperience, i dont wanna over do it tomuch.

Dont worry I will get pics up, it should only take one day to get everything installed and tuned but ill make sure to get a full story scoop on it.

I think this is one of the best sc kits available, but the Paxton S/C is a little loud (sounds like a bad bearing until it revs up) at idle for my tastes. Make sure you hear one before you drop that much cash.

I am local to this shop and cannot say enough good things about them. EVERYONE in the S2K/NSX community in this area thinks very highly of them. I have personally seen this kit on several cars out here, and can't wait for the day that I can afford one. The advice to get it installed and tuned there is good advice, but obviously since you're in Texas might not be possible...

Oh, and when I get home I can scrounge up some videos of local cars that SOS has tuned. Also, I think I posted a thread on here a while ago with all the pictures from their new shop opening when they relocated, but I am not sure if all the images are still in my photobucket....

How might it not be possible? I plan in advance to call and setup a date to drive out there and review everything before I do drop cash. But, I do plan to get it installed and tuned at the site over there ( If i do plan to buy their s/c which i prob will), its only a 6 hour drive and what a good time to drive after a long year of deployment and take a cruise. And like they say to drive under 4k rpm to get the engine used to it ill just drive wherever lol.

I guess not 'possible' was the wrong word choice. I didn't realize you were so close, and a lot of people might not be able to afford the travel expenses/time off in addition to the investment of the kit itself. Didn't mean to offend!

Just KW. The others kits run off a separate pulley attached to the crank pulley. KW's Rotrex blower is run off the OEM serpentine drive. The water pump pulley must be upgraded if you want factory reliability. I've got an extra 9mm billet Cnc’d one from a group I made earlier this year for myself and some friends if you decide to go that route.

Guess Ill find out soon enough when i get ready to go up there. Im pretty sure they have to get the kit ready for my car, we have to review everything, and as soon as im ready we can just make an appointment. OR if all else fails ill just get them to send me my s2 kit and ill just get my shop to do it down here. but, id rather have the actuall creaters install it and tune it.

Yeah I agree. Let them do it. Are you going to get the stage 1 or 2?

Dang thats a lot of $$ to put down but I am sure it will be awesome. Keep us posted. According to there site you should be putting down 360 to the wheels unless your building the block too.

I had a buddy who hit 505 with the stage 2 high boost on his 06. I wanna hit at least 400. but 500 would be nice. I guess it all depends how my car reacts to the s/c
