Swapping out rear Spoilers

Hi all
I am looking at a car with the rear wing spoiler pictured here http://www.bernardiparts.com/Honda-S...2-S2A-XXX.aspx and wondering if the holes would align if I swapped it with one like this? http://www.handa-accessories.com/S2000/s2rs.jpg.

Does anyone have any experience with these installations.
Thanks
Randy

I don't think the holes would align, but the one you want to replace it with would cover them up at least, I'd just plug em and make em water-tight. The seals don't have to be pretty if you are just going to cover them up....
