Raggtop makes a pretty good set(http://www.amazon.com/RAGGTOPP-Conve.../dp/B0002KKIVO). It's a cleaner and a protectant. You simply spray on the cleaner and rub with a soft brush and rinse clean. You might have to do it multiple times until all the dirt is completely out of the soft top texture. Then you apply the protectant. My car came from a dusty environment so I had to work the dust out of the top. I'm happy with the results so far.

Ragtopp makes it look almost brand new again, but be careful with the spray getting other places on your car (especially after you already washed it) because it is a pain in the butt to clean off.

Honda says to use a mild soap. RaggTopp is safe and makes the top look good. 303 will work, but I don't think it goes on as heavy. It's easy to wipe off though. Don't use anything that contains petroleum or silicone.
