Cylinder 1 misfire and manufacture control code !!

So I have an 2000 s2000 with 190,xxx miles and Iím having problems. At first it was saying that first and fourth cylinder misfire. I change the spark plugs and the coils and misfire number 4 came went way but #1 is still here. Recently Iíve bought a fuel injecter cleaner with about full tank. Still waiting on it. Does anybody have any idea on what it could be? Please help I love that car

Have you ever checked your valve clearance?

Depends on how mechanically inclined you are. You have to be able to know where top dead center of the cylinder you're working on. And which valves are opened/closed. Also need feeler gauges.
