having trouble shifting again :/

hello there guys i need help with this car thats driving ME nuts. ok i bough the 2002 s2000 at a dealership, it was missfiring, i got the car as is because i had a huge feeling it was the spark plugs so i went and got it as is, i test drove it and had no power due misfire, went to auto parts surely that did it. it had a hidden trouble, now that engine ran fine found out clutch was bad, i replaced clutch about 4000k ago car ran amazing i was happy, ive always downshifted without using rev-match because i bearly learned about it today and didnt know about it. today i was driving at a highway my friend gets beside me, i was going 65mph tried shifting into 3rd as ive done before but it grinded loudly and no gear would want to go in, afterwards i let the car sit about 5 hours, gears go in a little rough and theres times where i have to try 3-6 times for the car to go into the next gear and i did brake in the clutch properly before going at it. please help some say to reservice fluid others say clutch spring broke others say clutch is bad, which isnt right because clutch is not old and it doesnt slip.

Clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder. Air in clutch lines, low hydraulic fluid. Start with those.
