Did the timing jump?

Lately, car won't start - plenty of spark - excellent compression - has injector pulse - 60 psi fuel at start. The car would like to start but no go.
I ran out of idea and opened my valve cover to check the timing.

Did the timing jump a tooth? How is it possible the timing chain can jump a tooth?
Is there a procedure how to re-time it?

I assume it turns over? If not, have you checked your main fuse(s)? What year is your S, pre-04 S's had circuit board issues associated with their immobilizer. Can you push start the car? You might have to take it to a dealer to have them work on the key/immobilizer issue if that is the issue.

Thank you....
Correction.....the timing did not jump, I mistakenly mis-aligned the harmonic balancer.
The first mark at the balancer is the right one and the cam sprockets aligned exactly.

Then...I don't know what else to do.
I have an AEM EMS, I thought its my standalone ECU, I went back and plugged my stock honda ecu but still will not start.

Check your 40A main fuse and the 100A battery fuse first, it they are intact I suspect its the immobilizer key function or the circuit board.

Thank you....my car is a Lotus 7 with Honda s2000 supercharged.
The stock ecu has no immobilizer. I deleted them a while back and using it for a while until i replaced it with aem because of the supercharger. They are both working before with no issue.
As I said...plenty of sparks-fuel pressure - noid light blinking during the injector test - lots of compression too. Don't know what else to look. It's not the crank and cam sensor cause there is a spark. The TPS measured .030 at rest and 4.5 at wot.
Will a bad wire at the map sensor will cause not to start?

I swap my stock ecu, still no go. I put a bunch of grounds in the engine, still no go. Very frustrating. The sparkplug is always wet during cranking.

I see you did a compression test, did you do a leak down?
This is weird, spark, fuel, cranking, both aem ems and stock ecu have been tried....not sure

Starrman......yep! this is weird, but HOLD ON! after 3 days that I left the cylinders open (no sparkplugs), I cleaned the plug and put it back -----broooooooom! the car started!!! What da..........
I think what happened was, the cylinders are flooded, the gas dissipated after 3 days.

It idles bad because the injectors are 750cc. The reason for this lumpy idle, I put the stock ECU back instead of the AEM EMS (which is mapped for the 750cc)
Here is the engine: http://imageshack.us/a/img29/1213/7engine001.jpg

Thank you folks...

i'M AFRAID if I put 1000cc and put more power, I will not be able to control a car with a weight a bit over 900 lbs.

Yes that could be an issue...I drove a 7 years ago with a euro ford engine and it was a real screamer... I don't even want to think what a f20 w/sc would do... BUT, the looks on the faces of the guys driving the big V8's would be priceless. lol
