0-60 times all years

Found this looking around for 0-60 times for a turbo veloster. I was surprised at the difference in times for our cars. Oh by the way RED is still the fastest color!

Take a look and tell me what you think. This should stir up the AP1 vs AP2 debate of which is best.

Looks like a typo of 0 miles at the 1/4 for AP1s. I am surprised it is a second lower to 60.

your internet is wrong. check out my internet:

http://www.zeroto60times.com/vehicle...times/old-new/

i take these statistics with a grain...i just don't see an AP1 being that much faster than an AP2. one second in a 0-60 run is a lot of time. granted, i do not have anything on which to base my opinion--except that the cars are geared similarly and have close to the same HP and torque. and, i have an AP2.

i have no idea of how fast bb is to 60 or how fast she will go in the quarter.

remember, they is lies, damned lies and statistics.

sub 6 second 0-60 and a sub 15 in the quarter are respectable times.

I thought this post was a good reason to drive so I went and tested things; I know they said results may vary but I did much better than that going downhill with a running start.

I wouldn't think Honda would make the AP-1 to AP-2 change if it effected 0-60 times by over a second. Especially since the change focused on US models were 0-60 is almost sacred. Wished I'd saved some of those early road test reports as a reference.

I have the 104 car built so I'm an ap1 owner. I totaled another ap1 and when I started my search for a replacement I drove an AP2. About the only difference I noticed was having to shift much earlier with the AP2. When I found another AP1 in Mansfield Ohio I bought the plane ticket flew up and drove it 750 miles home.
I guess it comes down to preference.

Interesting. Though I must say I would bet most of us here did not by this car for its 0-60 capabilities.

I also have to agree the last thing I thought of when looking was 0 -60 times
If I wanted to go fast in a straight line there are plenty of V8 powered cars out there to choose from.
It's all about the twsities

I think the most disturbing stat on the comparable times was the GMC Yukon.
Don't ever want to compare our cars to that vehicle.
