150,000 miles and not as tight, what can be done?

2001 Silverstone with red interior. 150,000 miles and all in all in great condition, still gets compliments and it's always been my daily driver. However, it no longer feels as tight. The car seems to shake over bumps, and the ride is harsh and a bit rattling.

All suggestions are appreciated.

Are you on the original suspension??

Probably a good time check all of the bushings and see if it is time either replace or upgrade the suspension components.

I have heard it is also wise to check all the sub-frame mounting points.

You may want to check the shocks as well, I have a friend with a MY03 with about 120k, they needed replaced.
