    Thanks Roseanne. I found out they send a notice and a return envelope after 21 days, so it gotten taken care of. It drove me nuts trying to get info on the phone or on line,but that's par for gumint agencies.

    Short answer is yes. The why and wherefore is below.

    Your ticket should have an address on it but I looked mine up since handwriting isn't always as clear as some would like.

    I sent my payment certified mail as this provides one the same proof of mailing that the IRS requires when you send them a tax payment. I also made a copy of the signed off ticket front and back.

    Hey Phil I have meet a 303 dealer at the simi car show. I bought a bottle for $17, it seems like a good deal if you need some let me know he's local. Oh BTW how do you apply it to your top?
