Kia Sportage has the same diff too. Just need to change the gearing.

wht do you mean by the rear.. cus that would mean the diff. but you say that you need the rear and the diff... I have the rear end sub frame if thats what you want and a lot of rear end parts.. let me know, I am not to far from you! I do not have the diff though..
