Ok. I'm trying to learn here. So the next time you refer to someone as a "typical so cal cop" while using the eyerolling smiley for emphasis, I should read it as a compliment of his friendly ticketing policies?

Read it anyway you wish. However, the eyeroll was after my Trooper comment. If it was ment for the typical cop comment I would have placed it at the the end of the first sentence of my post. And next time you don't get something really no need to get jacked up.....just ask me to explain.

Don't look at me. I was serving out my detention for getting caught smoking in the bathroom.

I am pretty sure that this horse is dead, but I can't help but to kick it one more time. So, your 'typical cop' would cite for 5-10 over? Hmmm

By that logic, are all mechanics looking to screw customers over? Do all people that live in trailers watch NASCAR? Silly questions, I know, but what do you call it when you judge a group of people* by the actions of a few?

* race, religion, gender, occupation, creed, ect.

Read my post again. I said 5-10 miles per hour under the actual speed. Now if you want to continue this discussion you'll have to take a number. And as a matter of fact, yeah I do watch NASCAR as well as all other motorsports......and I love my double-wide.

Pulled over 3 times, let me go 3 times. Going 100+ one time, somewhere near there in a 45 one time, and tearing down the street in front of my house. (I know, dumb.)
AZ cops are great.
When I goet pulled over, I have my liscense, ins, and reg ready when he gets there. The one in the 45 said, " idon't need that, just calm down..." I still had the dealer plates on so I guess he was cutting me a break.
I've never had a ticket (k.o.w.) but I'm waiting a photo-ticket out (2 more months to go of avoiding the server) and I just had one dropped.
I'm slowing down nowadays!

By that logic, are all mechanics looking to screw customers over? perhaps not, but ya gotta to keep an eye on all of 'em... Do all people that live in trailers watch NASCAR? 'round here that may be a moot question. Silly questions, I know, but what do you call it when you judge a group of people* by the actions of a few? it usually ain't just a few and it is stereotyping, profiling, prejudice...which ain't always a bad thing.

jus' remember copper, that u is the po-lease...poor as hell and least respected. do you spend a lot of time in the do-nut shop? you're never right and you're always wrong. nobody wants you around unless it's an emergency. the people that need your help don't want it. the other people think you're a nazi brown shirt. ever notice how those anti-gun types, when they have been robbed at gunpoint, call a man with a gun? do you go to choir practice and seek out others your own kind? do you hang with the civilians that drool over your uniform--some i'm sure, those carolina moon types, wowee, yessir---but for the most part those groupies just creep you out, don't they? why is it important to argue or justify why someone got a ticket or got off; happens every day, every time this old rock spins around; always has, always will, unless we get this braver new world enveloped with change--then it will revolve backwards...i can already feel it slowing down. this is the nut: there are the caught and the uncaught with the uncaught leading by a large margin. you don't have to defend anyone's actions except your own. that idealism is going to tarnish up a bit before you draw a pension. an officer always has discretion.

sumbiotch was lucky to get off...sumbiotch that went to jail was unlucky...simple as that.

man i used to get lucky and cops would let me off with a firm talking to and not even document it... now i cant get a warning to save my life after getting my license back for about 4 month i've gotten 2 tickets one for going 6 miles over and another for going 4 miles over... i can't fight them because technically if i get any tickets with in a 6 months span of reinstatement it gets suspended again...

sucks but my poor judgment lol
